Medicaid

If you have Medicaid, we offer the ability to receive a virtual Telemedicine visit for $0 (this varies by state). If you are unsure if your location reimburses, please check with your local state to ensure.

To begin, simply click on the button below, answer a few questions, and upload a photo of your Medicaid card. A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Insurance

We understand not everyone has insurance or an eligible plan to take advantage of a Telemedicine
visit. In fact, some people have co-pays that exceed what our monthly membership costs are.

State Laws Requiring Insurance Providers for Telehealth Visits

Not all states have laws that require private insurers to reimburse healthcare providers for Telehealth services, yet this continues to change. More commonly referred to as Parity Laws, this has come to the forefront in politics since COVID. Each state law is still in debate over the patient's location during a Telehealth visit. In many states, these laws are making it possible for covered patients to be at home or work during the encounter.

Providers and Coverage

While many insurers recognize the benefits of Telehealth services, it is still a good idea to check with your specific insurance provider to see if they cover your appointment. In states with Parity Laws, they include virtual visits as an acceptable form of Telemedicine. Additionally, in a majority of cases, any licensed provider that can bill an insurance company for an in-person visit is also eligible to be paid for a remote one.
